Drain field was inspected and passed, so we backfilled it today. Also got our water line deeper as the previous owners hit rock when it was trenched in. We are closer to being ready to get our water meter installed and tie in conduit for cable.

Septic drain field is installed and ready for inspection next week! Super nice day today and most of the snow is melted.

Day 2: Clearing future building area, got a handful of trees out of the way and a nice bonfire.

First official work day: Most of the driveway roughed in, and a big tree removed. (sad, but there are lots of other happy trees left). (click the read-more button below to see video....)
