 We had a good weekend, finished the second course, 8 logs up! #9 moved up and needs to be pealed. After work today I fixed a sonotube that fell over during the foundation pour. Took 4 bags.   Thinking about installing the floor system, easier to work off  

 We are up to 6 logs on the foundation now! #7 is almost pealed and should be on before the rain tomorrow.

 All 4 logs of the first course are on the foundation, rebar bent over and corners pinned. That was some fun sledge hammering. Got the next 2 logs in place, 1 needs to be pealed. This next row will be pretty big ones, over 20" on the big ends.   Hopefully the weather will hold off tomorrow.

 Been working on logs after work. Got the third one on yesterday before the snow came.   Hope to finish this course and start on the second this weekend.

 We've been setting logs after work this week, no snow and minimal mud. A little more tricky to get the logs from the deck up to the foundation compared to our Indiana home, but it's doable. First course is 13" small end and 16" big end. Second course is going to be 22" butts! Log#3 is almost pealed, should have it drilled and set tomorrow before dark

 Got the first 4 picked out, and first one moved to the front, ready to drill and set onto foundation.
