Mid July 2007 The Drive Way

After several weeks we FINALLY received approval on the Septic & Building permit , and could start the driveway. It took most of the day to clear the top soil and deliver about 4 truck loads of gravel.

Kitchen almost done!

 Kitchen cabinets were delivered a couple weeks ago, we got everything installed. Also got lucky and find a range hood cover that was the perfect size and a really good deal, so picked it up and installed it.  Got the vent insert nstalled this weekend. Finished some lighting above the sink and in the hallway as well as the island plugs and dishwasher.  We installed the shower slider doors in the master as well, and the mirror above the vanity.   Oh and we also got fridge, stove and dishwasher delivered!

Moved in!!

About a year and a half later, we have officially moved in! The final inspection went fairly well, we have a couple minor things to fix so the inspector is happy. We are finishing up with trim & baseboards, all the interior doors are in & trimmed out as well. We'll start on the outside porch & entryway once all the inside is completed & moving boxes unpacked :) Pics to come soon....
