Plumbing finished, first fire, countertops




Starting to get the cabinet and drawer pulls installed. 

Plumbing is all done. 

Fired up the wood stove for the first time this weekend, couple cool nights so a good time to burn it in. 

Stairs done on the front by the patio door too.

Mechanical final this week then overall final inspection and done!!

Kitchen almost done!

 Kitchen cabinets were delivered a couple weeks ago, we got everything installed. Also got lucky and find a range hood cover that was the perfect size and a really good deal, so picked it up and installed it.  Got the vent insert nstalled this weekend. Finished some lighting above the sink and in the hallway as well as the island plugs and dishwasher.  We installed the shower slider doors in the master as well, and the mirror above the vanity.   Oh and we also got fridge, stove and dishwasher delivered!

Loft joists are finished

Finally got back down to the house today (did I mention night work stinks??) & finished off the other 1/2 of the loft floor joists. Ready for some OSB decking on-top. The bottom will be covered with drywall & the top will likely stay unfinished.
